Description
This season we are offering parent/coach conferences. This
is to give you the opportunity to meet with your coach and talk
about the achievements and growth your swimmer has made during this
session. The coaching staff can also tell you what skills
they will be focusing on with your swimmer for the upcoming spring
session.
The coaches recently finished working on the skills card for each
swimmer in the Ribbons, Bronze, Silver and Gold groups. The
skill card lists each skill for the group and how your swimmer is
doing for each one. The skill cards will be handed out at the
conferences, so that the coaches can go over them with you.
If you cannot attend a conference and would like the skills card,
please let your coach know.
We want to allow time for everyone so the meetings will be brief
(approximately 10 minutes). If additional time is required
the coaches can arrange to meet with you at another time, but
please understand the need to stick to our conference times.
You will sign up for a conference by going to the Job Sign Up
Button for this event. Pick your time and sign up as you
would for a meet worker shift. If you have any questions or

If practice for the group is
at North then the conferences will be at North as well.
We will add more conference
times during the upcoming week, and as needed.
