How To Register

You can register for classes by one of the following methods:

Mail registration form to: W.E.S.T., P.O. Box 1874, Waukesha, WI, 53187.

Fax registration form to: 262-650-7813.

REGISTRATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.  REGISTER EARLY TO GET YOUR FIRST CHOICE IN CLASS TIME!

Online registration is NOT currently available.  To register, you can mail or fax in your completed registration form.  If you want Autumn to save your family information, you can check the box down at the bottom of the form.  Then for future sessions, you would only have to email Autumn your name and day/time you are registering for.  If you have been in one of our sessions since spring 2009 session, you are in our new database and you can just email Autumn your session choices.
