UPDATES TO MEET INFORMATION! Our meet information has been updated and re-sanctioned with the following changes:

$1.00 Central Zone Surcharge is required for each swimmer

We will only have an A, B and C Final (no D Final or separate for final for 18& U)

Entry deadline for out of section team is February 5, 2013, but only until we reach our 150 swimmer max.

Teams within our section can enter swimmers through February 26, 2013.

All new cuts acheived February 27 - March 3 are due by Monday, March 4, 2013. These must be e-mailed to Laurie Carlson at laurie@waukeshaexpress.org. This is for new cuts only, no updating of times after February 26, 2013.
OFF-SITE PARKING ONLY on Friday, March 8th: School is in session so you will not be able to park in the school parking lots for Friday prelims. Parking for the meet will be at First Assembly of God located at 1314 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. A shuttle will provide transportation from this off-site parking location to the pool. The shuttle will also be available for the entire prelims session to return you to your vehicles when you are done that morning.
Suggestion: drop off swimmers and passengers at Waukesha South prior to parking at First Assembly of God. This will provide faster shuttle service for all drivers at the off-site parking site. Remember to allow extra time for this process before and after Friday prelims.
Parking for the remainder of the meet will be available at Waukesha South. If the student lot off of Tenny Avenue is full, there is additional parking available in the teacher parking lot behind the school which can also be accessed from Roberta Avenue.

TENTATIVE TIMELINE AND PRELIMINARY PSYCH SHEET will be posted on Thursday, February 28, 2013.
POOL AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO THE MEET. We will have the pool open on Tuesday, March 5th and Wednesday, March 6th from 3:30 - 6:00 p.m.
COACHES MEETING, 2 PM on THURSDAY, March 7, 2013.
Registration will begin immediately following the coach's meeting.
The pool will not open to spectators and swimmers until 3 PM. (School gets out at 2:45 PM, parking will become available shortly after that when students leave for the day).
The pool area will open at the following times for the days of the meet:
Thursday, March 7th: 1:30 p.m. for coaches, 3:00 p.m. for spectators and swimmers
Friday, March 8th: 6:30 a.m. for prelims, and 4:00 p.m. for finals
Saturday, March 9th: 6:30 a.m. for prelims, and 4:00 p.m. for finals
Sunday, March 10th: 6:30 a.m. for prelims, and 3:00 p.m. for finals
COACHES AND SWIMMERS!! FRIDAY MORNING SESSION we will not have a full concession stand. We will sell water, drinks and small snacks in the pool area, but the full concession stand will not be open for Friday prelims. All other sessions we will have a full concession stand available.
