Renting the Nat

Below are the items you will need to fill out to rent the Waukesha South Natatorium for your event! Contact Autumn Kappes at 262-893-2979 if you have any questions about the forms!

 

Pool Rental Contract

Pool Contract Addendum - A list of what is included and rates charged.

 

Culver’s Ad - Must be placed as the final page of your heat sheet for all teams using the facility for a swim meet!

 

Rental Survey - please fill out and return to give us guidance on how we can make our rental service more convienent for all of the organizations interested in using the facility!


Natatorium Checklist -must be completed 2 weeks prior to your event.

Beverage Inventory Form - Should be used when your organization is running an event and is planning on operating the concession stand. This form should be turned in a minimum of 14 days before your function occurs!
