Swim TEAM

The Waukesha Express Swim Team offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of our team to offer age specific training for all of our athletes, geared towards challenging and developing each individual to the best of their abilities. We have a place for everyone!

All practices are at Waukesha South High School unless otherwise noted.

Meet participation is not required for swimmers in our beginner level groups, but it is encouraged. The coaches will help determine when your swimmer is ready to compete and will recommend meets that are a good fit for new swimmers. 

Age Group Block Party meets are a great place to start! Each age group registration (Super 8's, AG 1, AG 2, and AG 3) for the spring and summer includes 2 Block Party swim meets - 1 during the spring session and 1 during the summer.

Simply Swimming, located in Middleton, Wisconsin, is our team store for practice equipment, practice suits, team suits, and team apparel. If the online team store is not available, contact Simply Swimming at 608-836-6649.

Team orders will be delivered to Waukesha South. If you order at other times of the year you can request home delivery.

Super 8's: Fins (long), Kickboard

AG White: Fins (long), Pull buoy, Kickboard

AG Black, AG Performance: Fins (long or short), Pull buoy, Snorkel, FINIS Agility Paddles, Kickboard

Senior White: Fins (short), Pull buoy, Snorkel, Kickboard

Senior Black/National Team: Fins (short)/Zoomers, Pull buoy, Tempo Trainer, Kickboard, Snorkel, Nose Plug (optional)
